团队负责人为师承国家级名中医和省名中医。陕西省优秀中药传承人才，西安市中医药骨干人才。主持省中管局中医药传承创新暨“秦药”开发重点项目1项，参与课题5项；发表核心期刊论文8篇；开发医院制剂32种，其中新冠肺炎抗疫制剂1种。

技术简介

普通感冒、流感、上呼吸道感染、肺部感染是临床常见病、多发病。中医认为冬春季的普通感冒、流感、上呼吸道感染、肺炎，凡具有“寒湿束表，热郁津伤”为致病特点的病毒特性，符合中医“湿邪”的致病特点，具备中医时令性、传染性的典型特征。

近年来随着气候变暖，地处北方的陕西省，冬季气温较高、降雪明显减少，冬春季上呼吸道病毒致病因素可考虑为“寒湿兼有燥热”，故其证型为“寒湿束表，热郁津伤”患者增多，治法为“解表化湿，宣肺透热”。“瘟毒上受”基本病机演变是“寒湿束表，热郁津伤，肺胃同病，气机不畅、气化失司，如遇素体肺有伏热者”。组方思路应以宣上、畅中、渗下兼祛邪、扶正的组方特点。中医药能够提高人体的综合抗病能力的效应特点与机制，从而达到应对病毒种类的多样性、病毒变异性和耐药性等问题。

国家中医药管理局全国名中医，结合陕西省气候特征及地域要素，以“藿香正气散、甘露消毒丹、六一散、四君子汤、桔梗甘草汤、芦根甘草汤”等诸方精妙融合而来，方证对应。避瘟解毒颗粒药具有解表化湿，宣肺透热，祛风解毒，芳香避秽之功效，用于感冒、上呼吸道感染、咳嗽、肺炎证属寒湿束表，热郁津伤，症见干咳，发热恶寒，头痛，咽痛微干，胃脘痞满，倦怠乏力，胸闷呕恶，纳呆便溏等。

2020年2月20日起，避瘟解毒颗粒已经正式投入使用，为陕西省新冠肺炎疫情防控贡献了智慧和力量。该制剂自研发以来，作为抗疫用药已生产使用11万余盒，经证明该制剂安全有效。如果能够将其开发为中药新药，可让更多人获益。
