2019年5月12-19日，由瑞典卡洛琳斯卡学院、荷兰乌特勒支医科大学共同组织的“2019年赴瑞典-荷兰药学研修项目”顺利完成。

为保证项目顺利安全进行, 由陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）于2019年5月11日在北京召开了项目行前会议。行前会上，BHGF理事长陈冉女士致辞并介绍了项目开展的背景和意义，希望大家珍惜双向交流的研修学习机会，学习国际先进医院管理理念和提高管理能力，学有所获并带动学科发展，回国提交高质量的学习报告，传递公益之心、回馈社会。

本期研修班政委由宜昌市中心人民医院戴宪国副院长担任,团长由安徽省第二人民医院周道平副院长担任，副团长由中国医科大学附属第一医院姜明燕主任和山东大学齐鲁医院刘向红主任担任。周道平副院长在行前会上代表学员致辞。他们对BHGF平台提供的交流学习机会表示感谢，希望大家珍惜研修机会，多与国内外同行交流学习、遵守纪律并保质保量完成学习任务。

 研修期间，学员们对瑞典-荷兰国家卫生服务系统、保险系统、瑞典医疗健康、技术和创新、世界卫生组织（WHO）国际药物反应监测体系以及数据系统和分析工具、荷兰药品分类系统、新药品研发、新药的临床试验和风险等方面进行学习交流。还实地参观了荷兰乌特勒支医科大学的药房、急症监护、急救室和室外军事急救站等。

应瑞典方的邀请，中方代表刘向红主任在瑞典乌普沙拉（UMC）世界卫生组织药物监测中心作了“中国三级教学医院药物警戒工作简介”的精彩学术报告。

瑞典卡罗林斯卡学院是世界上最大最好的医学院之一，也是世界医学排名前十的医学院，承担了全国43%的医药类学术研究，并拥有一个附属的卡罗林斯卡大学医院 (Karolinska University Hospital)。同时，学院每年负责评审和颁发诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。

荷兰乌特勒支大学医学中心（UMCU）是荷兰最大的医院之一。自1636年大学成立以来，作为一所学术医院以各种形式存在。如今乌特勒支医科大学包含教学医院，医学院以及Wilhelmina儿童医院。总共约有10,000人在UMCU工作，包括医务人员，护理人员，居民，支持人员和研究人员。特色科室包括：神经外科、心胸外科、新生儿和小儿外科手术和重症监护、儿科肿瘤学、I级创伤中心。

The Successful Completion of 2019 Chinese Pharmacy Education Program in Sweden&Netherlands

2019 Chinese Pharmacy Education Program in Sweden&Netherlands jointly organized by Karolinska Institute of Medicine in Sweden, University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands has been completed successfully during 12nd to 19th May,2019.

To ensure the program goes smoothly, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) held a pre-project meeting in Beijing on May 11th, 2019. On the pre-trip meeting, Ms. Chen Ran, Chairman of BHGF delivered her speech and introduced background and significance of this program. She hoped that everyone would take advantage of this training opportunity to learn international advanced experience, improve professional skill and management capability, to promote the healthy development of the hospital. Chairman Chen expected the leaders to obtain a lot and drive the development of disciplines, deliver high quality learning report, and finally pass on the spirit of public welfare and pay back to society. 

Mr. Dai Xianguo, president from Yichang Central People's Hospital, was appointed as the Political commissar; Mr. Zhou Daoping, vice president from Anhui No.2 Provincial People’s Hospital was appointed as the Group Leader. Ms. Jiang Mingyan, director from The First Hospital of China Medical University was appointed as vice group leader. Ms. Liu Xianghong, director from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University was appointed as vice group leader. Mr. Zhou Daoping, the vice President, gave speech on behalf of all trainees. He extended thanks to the learning opportunity provided by BHGF, encouraged all the trainees cherish opportunities and exchange with domestic and foreign counterparts. keeping the rules and discipline and guarantee good quality and learning performance. 

During the training period, the trainees learned about the medical and health system including insurance system in Sweden and Netherlands; Swedish medical health, technology and innovation, the World Health Organization (WHO) International Drug Response Monitoring System and data systems and analysis tools, the Netherlands Drug Classification System, new drug research and development, clinical trials and risks of new drugs and other aspects of learning and exchange. Trainees also visited the pharmacy, emergency care, emergency room and outdoor military emergency station of Utrecht Medical University in the Netherlands.

At the invitation of Sweden, the representative of China,Director Ms. Liu Xianghong, made academic report of " Brief Introduction of Drug Alert Work in Third-level Teaching Hospital in China" at the World Health Organization Drug Monitoring Center in Uppsala, Sweden (UMC).Karolinska Institute in Sweden is one of the largest and best single medical schools and the top 10 medical schools in the world. It undertakes 43% of academic research in medicine and has an affiliated Karolinska University Hospital . At the same time, the college is famous for its Nobel Committee, which is responsible for the annual review and the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

The University Medical Center Utrecht is affiliated with the Utrecht University. Since the foundation of the university in 1636 an academic hospital has leveraged its function in many fields. Nowadays the UMC Utrecht comprises the academic hospital, the faculty of Medicine as well as the Wilhelmina Children's hospital. In total approximately 10,000 people work at the UMCU including medical and nursing staff, residents, support personnel and researchers, making it one of the largest hospitals in the Netherlands. Special units include: Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic surgery, Neonatal and Pediatric surgery and Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Oncology, Level I trauma center.
