2019年4月19日，第四十八期赴英国医护研修项目行前会议在北京顺利举行。32名来自全国的优秀骨干医生赴英国NHS医疗服务体系下的英国帝国理工大学医院完成为期3个月海外进修任务。  
       行前会上，陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长对所有参会的人员表示诚挚的欢迎，并就国外研修期间的注意事项提出了具体的要求。希望学员们珍惜来之不易的赴英国的研修机会，多与国外同行交流学习；明确学习目标和目的，在进修的过程中能够做到取长补短、开拓理念，最大化提升自己的学习能力，为今后所在医院的学科建设和团队发展贡献力量；同时希望大家在国外学习生活中互帮互助、团结友爱，遵守当地的法律和法规，注意安全，圆满完成此次学习任务，回国前提交一份高质量的学习报告,并传播公益基金会的爱心和理念，带动更多医务人员和团队的成长，为百姓健康保驾护航。  
       来自陕西省人民医院的田应选医生担任此次团组的政委，来自复旦大学附属华山医院的朱文辉医生担任此次研修项目的团长，来自贵州医科大学附属医院贺电主任担任此次研修项目的副团长。朱团长表示非常荣幸能够为了梦想并肩负使命参加本期项目研修学习，他们一定带领全团成员珍惜本次学习机会，积极与国外同行进行学术交流，开拓国际视野，在学习先进理念、技术的同时，尽可能将中国医护人员的风采和中国医疗发展水平展示给英国同行，并且维护国家形象。在研修期间团结友爱，自觉遵守各项规章制度，共同努力圆满完成境外学习任务。  
陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)、北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）共同致力于搭建中国医院与国际顶级医疗机构的交流合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在高端国际人才培养和学科建设等方面为国内医院提供公益性帮助和支持，不断提升国内医院的管理能力和医疗服务能力。  
        英国伦敦帝国学院（Imperial College London），又称帝国理工学院，或简称帝国理工，成立于1907年，位于英国伦敦，是英国罗素大学集团成员、金砖五校之一、欧洲IDEA联盟成员，是一所享誉全球的顶尖高等学府，在2014QS世界大学排名中名列第二。帝国理工与剑桥大学、牛津大学、伦敦政治经济学院、伦敦大学学院并称为“G5超级精英大学”。帝国理工大学医院属于英国全民医保的NHS医疗服务体系,和伦敦帝国理工学院一起组成学术健康科学中心。

Pre-trip Meeting of the 48th Semester
 of Medical Specialists Training Program
for UK Successfully Completed

The Pre-trip Meeting of the 48th Semester of Medical Specialists Training Program in UK has been successfully held in Beijing on April 19th, 2019 This medical group consist of 32 excellent specialists.

At the meeting, Ms. Chen Ran, the chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), expressed her sincere welcome to the doctors, and stressed on the specific regulations and precautions of this training, expecting the trainees cherish the hard-won opportunity, learn how to communicate with foreign counterparts; set clear learning goals and objectives, in the process of study they can learn from each other, pioneering ideas, to maximize improve their learning ability. Through the training, every trainee can contribute to the hospital discipline construction and the team development in the future. She hoped that during the period of studying abroad, the trainees can help each other, unity, love, abide by local laws and regulations, pay attention to safety and complete the learning task successfully. Before the trainees come back to China, they should submit a high quality study report, and spread the ideas of Foundation, encourage more medical staff to grow up for the health of the people.

Dr Tian Yingxuan, coming from ShaanXi Provincial People's Hospital, served as the Commissar of the group , Dr Zhu Wenhui, coming from Huashan Hospital Fudan University as the leader of this group,and Dr He Dian, coming from The Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University as deputy leader of this group .Dr. Zhu expressed the honor to shoulder the great mission along with their dream. In addition, she stated that this opportunity for clinical training was very precious which they would cherish and they would help and care for each other, keep in touch with each other for further communication and share more experience, to present Chinese doctors‘ elegant appearance and medical research levels to the UK counterparts during this training. She also expressed that they would study hard, consciously abide by the regulations, take care of each other and try their best to complete the training in England.

Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) engaged in building the exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and the top international medical institutions, through the bilateral communication method of "sending out, inviting in”, to provide help and support for domestic hospitals regarding aspects of talent’s training, and constantly improve the administrative ability and medical services of the domestic hospitals.
