2019年5月3日下午, 第十四期赴意大利萨萨里医护研修项目行前会在北京顺利召开。来自全国各地的优秀骨干医生将赴意大利萨萨里大学医院，完成为期三个月的国外研修学习。  
 
行前会上，由陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, BHGF）陈冉理事长就国外研修期间的注意事项提出了具体的要求，希望学员们珍惜来之不易的赴意研修机会，多与国外同行交流学习；在进修的过程中，做到取长补短、开拓理念，最大化提升自身的学习能力，为所在医院的学科建设和团队发展贡献力量，传播公益基金会的爱心和理念，为百姓健康保驾护航。  
 
来自烟台毓璜顶医院医学检验科陈世锋副主任担任本期研修项目的政委，来自南通大学附属医院病理科的刘益飞副主任担任本期研修项目的团长，来自秦皇岛市第一医院血液透析室的李慧妍主任担任副团长。他们表示一定带领全团成员珍惜本次学习机会，积极与国外同行进行学术交流，在学习先进理念、技术的同时，将中国医护人员的风采和中国医疗发展水平展示给意大利同行，维护国家形象。  
 
BHGF致力于搭建公益合作平台，通过“送出去，请进来”的双向交流方式，在人才培养和学科建设等方面，为国内医院提供帮助和支持，不断提升医院的管理能力和医疗服务能力，带动更多基层医疗机构和人才队伍的发展。  
 
 萨萨里大学坐落在意大利撒丁岛上第二大城市萨萨里市，由萨萨里知名人士Alessio Fontana于1558年开办。著名校友包括两位前意大利总统Antonio Segni和Francesco Cossiga，以及解剖学家、医学诺贝尔获奖者和首位女性医学博士等。萨萨里大学医学院下设三大院系，设有专门的临床医学奖学金和医学博士生点，涵盖一流学科41门。萨萨里大学附属医院依托萨萨里大学丰富的教学和科研资源，以卫生健康、教学和科研统筹协调为目标，致力于开发一套“诊断-治疗”高效医疗系统。医院共有床位超过1000张，设置三大学科单元：外科、妇儿科和内科，专业分科多达35门。萨萨里大学医院以有效性、适宜性和高效性为原则，努力提升医院的医疗服务质量，运用先进的医疗技术，满足患者的健康需求。

BHGF The 14th Session of Medical Specialists Training Program in Sassari Held Successfully

On 3rd May 2019, the pre-trip meeting of the The 14th Session of Medical Specialists Training Program in Sassari,，Italy,，was successfully held in Beijing. Organized by the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), 40 excellent doctors from different provinces of China will study in the Affiliated Hospital of The University of Sassari for 3-months. Ms.CHEN Ran, Chairman of BHGF, attended the meeting.

In the pre-trip meeting, Ms.CHEN Ran extended her sincere welcome and greetings from BHGF to the doctors. She introduced the background, mission and project situation of BHGF, put forward specific requirements on the matters needing attention during the study. She hoped that the doctors could abide by the local rules and regulations with high standard to demonstrate the good political, humanistic qualities of Chinese doctors and the level of medical technology. Ms.CHEN Ran also introduced the purpose and vision of BHGF. She expressed that BHGF would fully use the domestic and foreign high-quality resources, in order to promote more and more Chinese medical personnel to benefit from the platform for overseas training with good learning effects and good international reputations. She hoped that each trainee would treasure this hard-won learning opportunity, respect each other and learn from each other. Ms.CHEN Ran introduced the purpose and vision in details of BHGF, encouraged each trainee to bring back love and idea while back to China, to promote the growth of the hospital’s team and to escort local people’ health.

Mr. CHEN Shifeng from Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital  was appointed as the Political commissar, Dr. LIU Yifei from the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University was appointed as the group leader and Ms. LI Huiyan from The First Hospital of Qinhuangdao was appointed as the vice group leader. They expressed that they appreciated all the elaborate preparation offered by BHGF. They emphasized it's a great opportunity to study Italian medical technique and everybody will cherish the chance to take active practice at clinical service. We need help &care each other and share experiences as much as possible to show the development of Chinese medical level to Italy counterparts while learning advanced concept and technology. Each team leader separately made their speech as well. They expressed their determination to work together as a whole team and achieve the training goal.

BHGF has engaged in building the exchange and cooperation platform between Chinese hospitals and the top international medical institutions, through the bilateral communication method of "sending out, inviting in”, to provide help and support to domestic hospitals regarding aspects of talent’s training, and constantly improve the administrative ability and medical services of the domestic hospitals.

University of Sassari, which is located in Sassari City, the second largest city in Sardinia Italy, was founded in 1558 by Alessio Fontana, a distinguished gentleman of Sassari. There are famous alumnus, including former Italian Presidents Antonio Segni and Francesco Cossiga, anatomist, Medicine Nobel Prize winner and the first female MD, etc. Sassari School of Medicine in University of Sassari consists of three departments covering 41 first-class disciplines with clinical fellowships and M.D. program. University Hospital of Sassari, which relies on rich teaching and scientific research resources of University of Sassari, taking health care, teaching and scientific researches to coordinate with each other as goal, is committed to developing a highly efficient diagnosis-treatment system. There are over 1000 beds in the hospital which sets up three units: Surgery department, Gynecology and Pediatrics department and medicine department, within 35 specialized subjects. University Hospital of Sassari takes effectiveness, appropriateness and efficiency as principle, and meets patients with daily health requirements by improving medical service quality and utilizing advanced medical-techniques.
