Pre-trip Meeting of the 5th Group for Emek Medical Center Training Project Organized by BHGF Held Successfully

Pre-trip meeting of the 5th group for Emek Medical Center training project, organized by BHGF, was held in Beijing successfully on the afternoon of March 5th, 2019. 14 professional doctors from various regions across China would go to Emek Medical Center, a prestigious medical center in Israel, for a 3-month training.

Ms. Chen Ran, chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), made a speech to all participants. She expressed her hope that everyone could abide by the foreign affairs disciplines, and maintain the national image through one’s good behaviors and words. She hopes that all trainees respect the local laws, regulations, culture, customs and religion, obey the rules and regulations, attendance requirement and the same of respecting the patients’privacy. She reminded the trainees to make their study objectives and goals clear, to be able to draw on each other's strength and develop one’s concepts, to improve one’s study ability as much as possible, and to make a contribution to the future discipline construction and team development of the hospital. She also hopeed that the trainees could stick together and help each other, pay attention to safety , accomplish the training task successfully. When they come back to China, they could spread the love and idea of the foundation and lead the growth of the medical staff and team to protect people’s health. 

Yonghua Chen, an Associate Chief Physician of The Affiliated Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital of Medical College, Qingdao University, Jun Chen, a deputy director from The Central Hospital of Wuhan, serve as the political commissar and team leader respectively. Both of them, on behalf of all participants, expressed their deep appreciation of the elaborate recommendation and effort made by BHGF and emphasized that it's a great opportunity to study Israeli medical technique and everybody should cherish this opportunity to practice in clinical. Everyone is obligated to show the development of Chinese medical level as well as themselves to Israeli counterparts while learning advanced concepts and technology. 

Mr. Ruixue Han, from BHGF, who is responsible for the program, introduced the general information of BHGF and the ongoing international cooperation programs carried out by BHGF. He also put forward his sincere hopes for the specialists and proposed some specific requirements for the doctors about studying aboard. 

We had specially-assigned representative in Emek Medical Center to manage all doctors’ performance and also provide security assurance for their daily life and accommodation when they are in Israel. Besides, in a move to show their support to and care for those doctors, the Chinese Embassy in Israel would also send their personnel to visit them and would make it regular for the upcoming doctors. According to the trainees' different professions, they would be assigned to the corresponding departments, and their instructors would make the detailed training plans for them. The trainees were leaded to have multidisciplinary consultation, case analysis, operational observation and practice simulator operation, etc..

As one of the largest referral hospitals, Emek has more than 1900 medical staff, responsible for medical care service for more than 500000 people in the area around.
