好消息！74种药品新增纳入国家医保目录

     12月3日，国家医疗保障局召开新闻发布会，公布2021年国家医保药品目录调整结果。


国家医保局医药服务管理司司长黄华波介绍，本次调整，共计74种药品新增进入目录，11种药品被调出目录。从谈判情况看，67种目录外独家药品谈判成功，平均降价61.71%。

调整后，国家医保药品目录内药品总数为2860种，其中西药1486种，中成药1374种。中药饮片仍为892种。


     黄华波表示，自国家医保局成立以来，已连续4年开展国家医保药品目录调整工作，累计将507个药品新增进入全国医保支付范围，同时将一批“神药”“僵尸药”调出目录，引领药品使用端发生深刻变化。连续开展6批国家组织药品集中带量采购，中选药品平均降价53%。

医保药品谈判再现“灵魂砍价”

     治疗罕见病脊髓性肌萎缩症的药物诺西那生钠注射液，就在今年的谈判品种中。


     谈判中，国家医保局谈判代表说：“目标是一致的，而且我们都不希望套路”“这个价格很困难”“希望企业再努力”“价格离进一步谈还有一定距离”“我想你们再商量一下”……这场谈判，双方进行了一个半小时。
