团队负责人为师承国家级名中医和省名中医。陕西省优秀中药传承人才，西安市中医药骨干人才。主持省中管局中医药传承创新暨“秦药”开发重点项目1项，参与课题5项；发表核心期刊论文8篇；开发医院制剂32种，其中新冠肺炎抗疫制剂1种。

技术简介

脑积水是因脑脊液循环障碍，致脑脊液在脑室或蛛网膜下腔滞留增多，造成脑室/蛛网膜下腔增大，脑实质相应减少的病症。交通性脑积水是脑积水病常见的类型之一，有先天性的病理改变和后天性的病理改变。中医认为小儿先天不足，后天失调，真阳不能温煦脾土，脾虚不能利水，水湿不化，上积于脑，脑窍不通，水湿痰浊乘虚上泛于脑，故头缝裂开，头皮光亮胀急，叩之音浊，犹如破壶。脾肾阳虚，则畏寒肢冷，脾胃虚弱，精气不足，故面色白光，眼无神采，白多黑少，神情呆滞，脾虚失其健运功能，故肢体消瘦，食欲不振，大便稀溏，小便不利。故应改善脏腑功能，以消除瘀血积水、补肾益髓健脑为前提，治宜健脾温阳，化气利水、开窍通络。

桂苓脑路通颗粒具有健脾温阳、化气利水、开窍通络之功效，可抑制脑室脉络丛对脑脊液的分泌，促进蛛网膜对脑脊液的吸收。主治交通性脑积水、脑水肿及重度梗阻性脑积水的前期治疗属脾虚水停，脑窍不通证型者。

桂苓脑路通颗粒是经临床检验20年的医院制剂，如果能够将其开发为中药新药，可让更多脑积水患者获益。
