团队负责人为师承国家级名中医和省名中医。陕西省优秀中药传承人才，西安市中医药骨干人才。主持省中管局中医药传承创新暨“秦药”开发重点项目1项，参与课题5项；发表核心期刊论文8篇；开发医院制剂32种，其中新冠肺炎抗疫制剂1种。

技术简介

无论何种原因导致的体温过高和长期发热会使患者的一些生理功能紊乱，例如因神经系统的功能障碍，可使病人出现烦躁、谵语、幻觉，尤其是对于脑病癫痫的患者，甚至发生抽搐。研究证明，体温超过41℃，体温调节中枢就会丧失调节体温的能力；等到体温达到43℃，患者会因体温过高而死亡。由于循环系统的功能障碍，可引起心跳加快，对于伴有心律失常的患者更是危险因素。此外，还要消耗大量的物质和能量，对身体诸多不利。中医将发热原因，分为外感、内伤两类。外感发热，因感受六淫之邪及疫疠之气所致。外感发热多实，见于感冒、咳嗽病证。

辛温退热颗粒组方是在《太平惠民和剂局方》三拗汤基础上化裁而来，从外感风寒后出现的相关症状，结合风寒外邪，侵袭肺卫，致使肺卫失宣的机理出发，具有辛温解表，宣肺散寒之功效，用于急性支气管炎、上呼吸道感染、慢性支气管炎急性发作等属风邪犯肺或风寒外束证，症见恶寒发热、咳嗽咯痰。且经过临床验证，未发现该制剂明显不良反应，定时监测血常规、电解质变化，必要时行胸部DR或胸部CT，以观测病情变化，未发现对肝、肾功能及造血系统的影响，表明该品使用安全；同时，充分体现了中药复方在治疗作用方面的优势，且其价格低廉，患者易于接受。

因此，辛温退热颗粒在治疗风邪犯肺或风寒外束有发热的患者具有良好的应用价值，无明确副作用，疗效确切，如果将其开发为新药，可让更多患者获益。
