2019年6月3日，第六期医护人员赴美国纽约西奈山研修项目行前会在北京顺利举行，7名来自全国各地的优秀骨干医生赴美国纽约西奈山医疗中心完成为期三个月的国外进修任务。

行前会上，由陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长进行了会议致辞。她表示，希望大家认真遵守中国国家外事规定，在外通过自身的良好言行来维护国家的形象；尊重当地的法律规定和宗教信仰，遵守西奈山医疗中心的规章制度、考勤纪律和尊重病人隐私的规定；同时希望大家在国外学习生活中互帮互助、团结友爱，注意安全，圆满完成此次学习任务，传播公益基金会的爱心和理念，为百姓健康保驾护航。

本期研修项目政委由河北工程大学附属医院王德峰主任担任，南充市中心医院袁宁副主任担任团长。王德峰主任和袁宁副主任表示一定会珍惜这次来之不易的临床研修机会，积极与国外同行进行学术交流，齐心协力、共同做好组织、协调和监督管理工作，保证此次研修顺利完成。其他学员也分别进行了发言，纷纷表示特别珍惜此次研修机会，自觉遵守美国以及医院各项规章制度，圆满顺利地完成境外学习任务，回国之前提交一份高质量学习报告。

北京华通国康公益基金会医护进修部李金兵部长向学员们介绍了BHGF的基本情况，并就研修期间的注意事项提出了具体要求。

The 6th Cohort of Medical Staff Training Program at Mount Sinai Medical Center of New York of USA Successfully Completed

On June 3, 2019, the pre-trip meeting for the 6th group of medical staff to the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York was held in Beijing. 7 outstanding doctors from all over the country were going to the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York of USA to complete a three-month observation study. 

At the pre-trip meeting, Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) Chen Ran made a speech. She said that she hopes that everyone can abide by China’s national foreign affairs regulations and maintain the image of the country through their own words and deeds; respect local laws, cultural customs and religious beliefs; abide by Mount Sinai’s rules and regulations, attendance discipline, and respect patient’s privacy; at the same time, she hoped that during the overseas study and life period, each one should help each other, be united and be in love with each other, and pay attention to safety, so that they can successfully complete the task of this project and disseminate the BHGF's love and philosophy, and safeguard the health of the people.   

The program was headed by Dr. Wang Defeng from the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering, and vice team leader is Dr. Yuan Ning from Nanchong Central Hospital. Dr. Wang and Dr. Yuan said that they would cherish this hard-earned clinical training opportunity, actively carry out academic exchanges with foreign counterparts, through collaboration, organization, coordination and supervision to ensure the smooth completion of the training. Other students also made separate speeches, saying that they will cherish this training opportunity, and consciously abide by different rules and regulations, work together to successfully complete overseas study tasks, and submit a high-quality study report before returning home.   

Li Jinbing, the head of Medical Workers Training Department of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, introduced the basic situation of BHGF and proposed some specific requirements for the doctors about studying aboard.
