第十期医护人员赴美国芝加哥圣安东尼医院（Saint Anthony Hospital）研修项目行前会于2019年5月31日在北京顺利召开，本期14位来自全国各地的优秀医护人员赴美国芝加哥圣安东尼医院完成为期3个月的临床进修学习。  
 
行前会上，由陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）陈冉理事长进行会议致辞。她表示，该研修项目重点加强全科医学人才的培养，现如今我国越来越重视全科医学的发展，希望大家能够在研修期间明确学习目标和目的，做到取长补短、开拓理念，最大化提升自己的学习能力，为今后所在医院的学科建设和团队发展贡献力量；同时希望大家在国外学习期间遵守当地的法律、法规及医院的规章制度；在学习生活中做到互帮互助、团结友爱、注意安全，圆满完成此次学习任务，将自己所学知识更好的服务于患者。  
 
来自遵义医学院附属医院的邹刚主任和泰州市人民医院的王君主任分别担任本次赴美国研修团的政委和团长。他们表示非常感谢BHGF的推荐和帮助，这次研修学习机会非常难得，希望大家能够很好的珍惜。要求大家在学习先进理念、先进管理的同时，也尽可能将中国医生的风采和中国医疗发展水平展示给美国同行。他们将带领大家认真学习，争取回国后为医院和学科发展做贡献。  
 
医护研修项目部的项目负责人戴维向所有参会医护人员介绍了BHGF的基本情况和目前开展的国际合作项目，并就研修期间的注意事项提出了具体要求。在美国学习期间，BHGF为学员们在国外提供了良好的生活条件。学员还有机会参加多学科会诊、病例研讨分析和临床观摩，学习国外先进卫生医疗服务体系、临床医疗诊断技术和管理规范。  
 
BHGF今后还将充分发挥国际资源优势和公益性平台支持，搭建“送出去、请进来”双向的学习交流平台，助力于医院学科建设和当地医疗水平提升。  
 
圣安东尼医院经历近100多年完善，发展成为以急诊，妇科，产科、儿科，心脏，骨科，外科手术，理疗中心，药房为一体的综合性医院。2002年由美国西海岸加利福尼亚州总院，迁支分院到芝加哥目前所在地。医院以诚信为本，病人至上为服务宗旨。医院致力于服务和提高芝加哥的西城区和西南社区家属的健康。圣安东尼提供了“人人为我，我为人人”的服务，无论国籍，宗教信仰和支付能力的病人都可以得到医院的医疗，救护和救助。

The pre-trip meeting for the tenth group’s training program in Saint Anthony Hospital Chicago US was successfully held in Beijing on may 31th, 2019. 14 outstanding doctors and nurses across the country will go abroad to complete a three-month clinical and visiting program in Saint Anthony Hospital.

Ms. Chen Ran, chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF), delivered a speech. She expressed that this project was carried out for the purpose of developing general practice training, which had been receiving more and more attention in our country. She hoped that all the trainees should make their study objectives and goals clear, draw on each other's strength and develop one’s concepts to improve one’s study ability as much as possible, and to make a contribution to the future discipline construction and team development of the hospital. She also hoped that the trainees could stick together and help each other, abide by the foreign affairs disciplines, local laws and regulations and the rules and requirements of Saint Anthony Hospital, accomplish the training task successfully. She also hoped that the trainees can have great learning result, familiarize with the public benefit activities participation of the foreign peers, and apply what they’ve learnt to the better service for the patients.

Dr. Zou Gang from Affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical college and Dr. Wang Jun from Taizhou People’s Hospital serving as group leader, they expressed that they deeply appreciated all the elaborate recommendation and effort made by BHGF, and emphasized it’s a great opportunity and everybody will cherish the chance. They said that when learning advance concept and technology, every group member should also  show the best side of the Chinese doctors and nurses and the development of Chinese medical level to the American counterparts. They will call on every group member to study hard and make contribution to the medical and science development in China after they come back.

BHGF Project officer Daiwei from medical and nursing department introduced the general background of BHGF and the ongoing international cooperation programs carried out by BHGF. He proposed some specific requirements for the doctors and nurses about studying aboard. During the stay in the US, BHGF has provided good accommodation for every participant. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend multi - disicipline team(MDT), case analysis seminars, and take part in different forms of clinical observation activities. They also have the chance to learn about America's most advanced health care systems, diagnostic techniques and management practices.

After they return to China, BHGF will continue to build communication platform for domestic and foreign exchange, hold annual academic salon, invite experts of United States to China to meet with the students, and help to improve the construction of hospital disciplines and local medical standards.

After over 100 years of improvement, Saint Anthony Hospital now is a comprehensive hospital encompassing departments of emergency, gynecology & obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiology, orthopedic surgery, anesthesiology, physical therapy centers, and pharmacies etc. In 2002, it was relocated in Chicago from West Coast California. The hospital is based on honesty, patient-oriented services. The hospital is committed to improving the health of western/southern part of Chicago.
