2019年5月22日下午，第十五期医护人员赴台湾研修项目行前会在北京顺利召开，来自全国共计23名优秀医护人员赴台湾童综合医院完成了为期1个月的临床研修任务。

行前会上，由陕西省国际医学交流促进会(SIMEA)合作的北京华通国康公益基金会（BHGF）李金兵部长对参会的人员表示诚挚的欢迎。希望大家珍惜来之不易的研修机会，多与台湾同行交流学习；明确学习目标和目的，在进修的过程中能够做到取长补短、开拓理念，最大化提升自己的能力，为今后所在医院的学科建设和团队发展贡献力量；同时要求大家在学习生活中互帮互助、团结友爱，遵守当地的法律和法规，圆满完成此次学习任务，传播公益基金会的爱心和公益理念。

本期研修项目由玉溪市人民医院魏青医生担任政委，由贵州省人民医院崔德军医生担任团长。他们对BHGF平台提供的交流机会表示感谢，将带领全体学员同心协力、积极与台湾同行进行学术交流，并且一定会做好组织、协调和监督管理工作，保证此次研修任务的顺利完成。各组组长也分别进行了发言，表示将共同努力，圆满完成台湾学习任务。

在台湾学习期间，台湾童综合医院为学员们提供了良好的生活住宿条件并为学员提供了详细的学习计划。学员有机会参加多学科会诊、病例研讨分析、临床观摩等，并组织学员到不同科室参观，学习台湾先进卫生医疗服务体系、临床医疗诊断技术和管理规范。童综合医院领导定期与研修学员沟通，并举行多次的专题讲座。在研修学习结束前，医院董事会童瑞龙副董事长、李三刚院长还专门带领国际部的工作团队听取了学员们的反馈意见，希望不断完善并给每一位学员提供最好的学习体验。

BHGF今后将继续为学员们搭建两岸的沟通交流平台，帮助两岸医疗机构建立持续合作关系。童综合医疗社团法人童综合医院，简称童综合医院，医院创立于1971年，现已发展成病床1500余张的大型综合性医院。医院四次通过美国国际JCI及各级医疗评鉴质量认证肯定，是许多大陆医疗集团指定学习的标杆。

The 15th Session of Medical Specialists Training Program in Taiwan Successfully Completed

On the afternoon of May 22th, 2019, the pre-trip meeting of The15th Session of Medical Specialists Training Program in Taiwan was successfully held in Beijing. 23 excellent medical specialists, coming from all over the country have fulfilled the one-month training task in Tungs' Taichung MetroHabor Hospital. 

At the meeting, Mr. Li Jinbing, chief of Medical Staff Training Department of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation (BHGF) expressed his sincere welcome to the doctors, and hoped them can cherish the precious opportunity, actively communicate with their Taiwan counterparts, set clear learning goals and objectives in the process of study so that they can learn from each other, develop ideas, and improve maximally their learning ability, which may contribute a lot in the discipline construction and team development in their hospitals in the future. During the study, they are required to help each other, be united, abide by local laws and regulations, and pay attention to safety, so as to complete the learning task successfully. Before the trainees’ coming back to Mainland, they shall submit a high-quality learning report, spread the love and public welfare concept of BHGF, promote the common growth of medical team, and escort the health of local people.

Mr. Wei Qing, from People’s Hospital Of Yuxi City, served as the political commissar. Mr. Cui Dejun, from Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital, served as the group leader of this delegation; Both of them made a speech respectively on behalf of trainees. They thanked BHGF for the exchange opportunities it offered and expressed that they shall lead the group members to cherish the learning opportunity, carry out academic exchanges with Taiwan counterparts actively, and work jointly in organization, coordination, supervision and management, to ensure the successful completion of this training. Each group leader also separately made a speech and expressed that they would work together to ensure the successful completion of this training. 

During the training, Tungs' Taichung MetroHabor Hospital provided excellent accommodation for all participants and tailored a explicit study plan for them. Participants had chances to join in multidisciplinary consultation, case discussion and analysis, clinical observation and practical operation etc, visit different departments and study advanced healthcare service system, clinical medical diagnosis technology and management specification. The leaders of Tungs’ hospital regularly communicated with the participants and held many special lectures. Before the end of study , Tong Ruilong, the Vice Chairman of the board of hospital, and Li Sangang, President of the hospital, also led the team of the international department to listen to the feedback from the participants, hoping to constantly improve the learning experience and provide the best for each participant.

In future, BHGF will continue to provide platform for those participants by inviting Taiwan tutors to attend the academic activities annually to help hospitals in mainland establish long-term collaboration with Taiwan medical institutions. Tungs’ Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital, which was established in 1971, has grown into a large general hospital with 1,500 beds and 2500 staff. Tungs’ hospital was accredited by JCI for 4 times and all levels of medical evaluation institutions. Tungs’ hospital becomes the appointed teaching hospital by many mainland medical groups.
